ABOUT OUR GOAT MILK SOAP

People LOVE our goat milk soap. Making real soap involves mixing oils or fats together with lye. This process produces a natural reaction called saponification. The result is a combination of soap and glycerin that naturally hydrates and protects our skin.

Most “soap” we find at the store is detergent made with chemicals that leave skin feeling dry. These detergents are not biodegradable and pollute the environment after going down our drains.

All of Madison Fields’ soaps are made with natural oils and real goat milk from our pampered goats. Scented bars contain essential oils and may also include dried flowers or herbs. Each 4-ounce bar is hand cut.

For best results, use one of our luxurious bars of soap to lather up a body scrubber. Additionally, try to keep soap dry in-between uses.

The Madison Fields Soapery provides job training opportunities for adults with autism and other neurodiversities. Participants in our Job Readiness Program are learning the process of making soap, labeling, maintaining inventory, and now fulfilling online orders!

When you purchase our soap, not only do you nourish and support the health of your skin, you also support small farms and ensure that people with disabilities have opportunities to participate in our community.
